"Sex with children in the house"
Has a much different meaning than
"Having sex while children are in the house"
A comma after the word sex also helps things.
Except that would be an improper use of commas.
Wait, are you seriously advocating prescriptivist grammar rules over clarity of communication? My distaste for grammar pedants has reached new heights.
No, I'm not. English is entirely descriptivist; this doesn't preclude precedents, however. My statement is indicative of generally accepted rules which make for easy communication. Or, a better way to say it: I'm indicating comma usage guidelines, not rules, and the reason we have those guidelines is for clarity. I don't give a shit if he uses a comma or not, but according to popular preference, it would be improper usage. Certainly not the end of the world to use a comma improperly; nor is it the end if the world to reference popularly accepted guidelines. You can relax on that particular self-righteousness.
And the way to make the sentence most clear would be to change the wording to "when there are children in the house."

Of course he's advocating sex with children (in the house). Who wouldn't?
No. I'm saying I would advocate for neither and use the wording I indicated at the end of my above post. There aren't only two options.
Lol. You're right. Anyways, I thought you meant you liked the original title just because it didn't misuse a comma. My bad.
