I have decided to file a police complaint against him. Sent a message to my local MP. Will consult my lawyer and probably file a Fir by tommorow. I have requested few users from /r/india if they will dispose. Three of them have agreed.

Reddit's servers are based in the US. According to US laws that mod did not do anything wrong. India has this stupid law where blasphemy can be punished. Reddit is not among the top 5 the most frequented anonymous site in the world because it gave out IP info to butthurt governments on the first FIR. They have a VERY strong non-disclosure policy and unless you can get the FBI involved, good luck wasting your time. Suggest you read up T&C of reddit, not everything is subject to stupid laws of India
