It's like being an expert in one field doesn't make you the same in another. If race was scientific and not some social construct, I'm sure the Irish would have been the first 'white' people and not the last group to be included in this arbitrary categorization.

In 1850, Irish people were often considered not to be white, especially in America, and European Jews were almost never considered white. Today, both groups are always considered white. Is this because of some magical biological change, or because the social construct tends to shift a bit?

Terrible analogy. Dog breeds are specifically bred for certain traits, people are not.
Not to mention the fact that the genetic differences between races is vastly overblown. I (a white person of Greek descent) have more in common with Africans genetically than I do with a Norweigan. But am I really white in that case? Or just a light skinned African? Is Greek it's own race?

Back on the topic of Africa, quite a few ethnic groups in Madagascar have more in common genetically with Indonesians than mainland Africans, but to an American observer they'd all be considered Black.
Adding to that, there are eighteen "races" in Madagascar, each considered a distinct ethnic group.

Selective breeding causes much more rapid and pronounced change in allele frequency as compared to the fairly minor natural selection at play in human gene pools.

I mean, look at the behaviour of blacks in America and elsewhere they have infested. Look at the state of Africa. (Though I'm sure you'll blame the white man for that)
The humans that left Africa were the ones with the right stuff to spread out to new frontiers which require cooperation, ingenuity, and cunning. The only ones that survived were those who could succeed at those things.
Modern Africans are the humans that got left behind to endlessly fight it out as their ancestors had and never build much or innovate anything... They never had the initiative to even build a fucking boat.

I've lived in Africa, and totally uneducated peasant farmers, scraping by on rice crops, were infinitely more intelligent than you could ever hope to be. The people of Africa are the same as the people anywhere else I've been.

Fred Hoyle, a tremendously accomplished astronomer, had bizarre views on biology, for instance; he thought that the 1918 flu virus, and HIV, came from space, and thought that evolution was driven by viruses from space.
