OP isn't sure if she got raped. Luckily, /r/confession is. (self.SubredditDrama)

"I said I was raped. I don't know if it's true." OP tells /r/confession about what happened, and how conflicted her mind is.
The top commenter isn't as conflicted, causing some drama Edit: chain nuked, redditbots saved it
Further down, a commenter's "what if it went this way though" pops some more kernels.
Surely there must be a way to talk about this topic without causing butts to be hurt. Let's try the good old dictionary denifition. Wait, no, still drama.
One commenter believes to have found the source of conflict: "Rape is really an open word, people need to realize all the different connotations to it." Redditors agree and start 'raping the commenter with their words'. Edit: chain nuked, redditbots saved it
Bonus: /u/TypicalWhiteGirl loses it after forgetting her own username Edit: comment removed, redditbots saved it
Edit: Bonus bonus: somewhere else, people are getting very upset

Women aren't allowed to ever change their mind once they are nude. It's also not rape because he eventually pulled out after she told him to stop multiple times. /s
Gotta say the general attitude about rape in the linked thread and SRD thread is really fucking concerning. I'm pretty sure most women have had at least one encounter with men like that the idea that consenting to one type of genital touching means consent to all types of genital touching is ludicrous. Its not like men are ok with shoving a finger up their butt without asking just because you were getting a hand job; not to say men don't like this or don't want it to happen but that consent needs to actively assured verbally and non-verbally.
Except it'd be more like if she was rubbing your butt hole and when you're okay with it she sticks a finger in, and you say no so she pulls it out. This is what most people call experimentation.
Feeling pretty salty about getting told earlier, eh?
When you delete your comments it means it never happened, right?
Takesy-backsy!
Not at all. I was wrong about the exact number of times she told him to stop but I still stand by my opinion that she was raped. "A handful" does not equal five but it's definitely more than "1".
How many times would you need to be told to stop before you actually stopped?
It all depends on the context of the situation. If she says stop a bunch of times all at once in the span of a second or two, then it would probably take me another second to stop. We don't know how the details, so let's suspend judgment on pointless internet debates.

dude, do you even know where you are?

That's a pretty ridiculous reinterpretation of events. I don't think a lack of eyeglasses is your problem, here.
Did you read the linked comments?
Why does that matter? We're talking about what OP said in her opening post, not what others had to chime in on.
Except that this is SRD where everyone regularly comments on the drama within the linked NP thread.
Except you're invalidating OP's post by insinuating that "changing her mind" had anything at all to do with the scenario in the first place.
If a woman decides that a current act of sex is rape, regardless of level of prior consent, it is rape and the man who is now raping her should be imprisoned. The word "stop" during a sexual act requires no context or interpretation. It can only ever mean "you are raping me and should now cease raping me". It can never ever be interpreted to mean things like "don't go so far in" or "we need to change positions" or "youre going too fast", etc.
Well he did stop when she said stop as the OP said or do you think this guy should go to prison?
Fuck no.
Regretting a night is not the same as being raped, and not only is that demeaning towards people who were genuinely raped, it's also a really fucking serious thing to accuse a guy of.
She didn't consent to a sex act he engaged in. Whether he intended to rape her or not isn't the point. She didn't regret anything, something happened that she didn't anticipate and she didn't like it.
Really now, who starts regretting sex seconds after penetration?
the strawmen arguments that brosefs like this make up
> Really now, who starts regretting sex seconds after penetration?
raises hand
>if a woman decides that a current act of sex is rape, regardless of level of prior consent, it is rape and the man who is now raping her should be imprisoned.
This sounds like some kind of twisted disturbing super power.
What about if you're a guy? Can you decide that if the sex you're having with a woman is rape, whom you consented to then she should be locked up? Or is this only for women?
And if this is only for women, then that's some pretty sexist bullshit for both women and men.
That post makes you sound like the type of person that doesn't think men can get raped by women because the man does the 'penetration'.
To answer your question, most sane users support men being able to lock up their rapists too if somebody engages in a sex act with them while they weren't consenting. Sexes reversed, guy gets penetrated/made to penetrate and he fought to push them away while saying "stop" while not having given consent and people would still be discussing this.
Agreed.
Also if the man coughs, sneezes or thinks about coughing or sneezing it is rape.
