Well that's terrifying. Yes verbal consent is always necessary. Just because you consent to oral sex or grinding, doesn't mean you've consented to penetrative sex.
I'm disturbed that this is downvoted. A lot of people grind genitals instead of penetration, particularly those of religious inclinations or those who are sexually inexperienced, or even just people worried about pregnancies. If somebody says "no" to sex, rubbing their genitals on yours doesn't take away that "no".
Yes exactly. Consent to one sexual act is not consent to another. Maybe I got caught in a downvote storm because my language was too sjw for people or something.
