Now, Margaret, Bob mentioned there's been some friction between you two because of his drinking. Do you feel Bob has developed a drinking problem? And if so, do you feel it's because of the stress regarding your grandson?
He definitely has always had a drinking problem. Jason does not make matters any better though. Jason keeps telling him to take up smoking marijuana. Although the laws are evolving in the US I'm not sure I'll live long enough to see Bob Nelson cave on the issue!
Well, I won't make a comment regarding the marijuana, but have you sought professional or outside help for Bob's drinking? Has he ever been aggressive towards you?
We are in our 70's. At this point, there's not much I'd rather see him do. At least he stays here at home and is happier than he used to be. I don't mind drinking, either.
In our twenties he got a bit aggressive over my comments regarding the '67 Newark Riots. Other than that, he has always been a gentleman to me

Therapy is helpful for a lot of people. If it wasn't for therapy and medications, I would've been dead a few years ago. Instead, I was able to become a productive member of society. It could do wonders for you, Bob. Especially being in your golden years.
