Who said people who are against porn of MLP aren't against this stuff as well? Especially since many of the examples you'd mention are also pretty much child pornography in many of their manifestations.

I think it's about as sexualized a fandom as any other fandom that largely consists of young adults.

That's not what I'm saying. At all. All I want to do is take my niece to MLP events without having to shield her eyes from some of the more disgusting aspects of "Brony-ism". as someone who attends cons semi-regularly, i can say that they do not. at all-ages cons, pm all events unless staed otherwise are for all ages and if they aren't for all ages (say the hentai panels, speed dating, etc) they will id at the door
Figured. And as /u/10z20Luka said, why would a 4 year old want to go to a convention anyways? I know my nephews wouldn't want to go to a comic convention just to see people dressed as superman. Super confused.

I don't think there's many people who are gonna object to the idea of "not showing horse porn to 4 year olds." As stated earlier, it's the solution of "remove men from the fandom" that bothers them.
I watch the show with my cousin and her family (daughter in kindergarten and son in middle school). None of us are paranoid like you. It's a fun show for all ages and all genders. The girl in kindergarten likes the fan-made remixes of songs, so for her it's a good thing there are adult fans.
Well, given that some of the VA's are teen and preteen girls and they still make the rounds at conventions with nary an issue, I have absolutely no idea where you are getting this from.
