Since I'm in a funny mood today I'll bite: I disagree and so does the law. There can be sexual encounters between 14 year olds and adults that are consensual and non-manipulative, tough luckily they are rare.

Actually, one reason it is still considered rape or molestation when a young adolescent is willing is because people are very easy to manipulate at that age. Their hormones usually far outpace their emotional and psychological development. So yeah, it's easier for an adult to use the natural authority relationship they have over an adolescent - like a teenaged boy, for example - and take advantage of them.
Now I remember when I was 14 years old and the hormones inside of me started to fire up. I had a really math teacher and I would just spend all class staring at her hard as a rock imagining myself with her.
Let's say in some other dimension she finds my acne ridden face and 5" biceps attractive, so she hits on me and we end up having sex.

Kids are young and stupid and don't always know what they want, and usually aren't mature enough to handle it even if they get it.
When I was a freshman (13 y/o), I somehow hit it off with a senior (she was 18, IIRC), and one day after school, she took me back to her place and gave me my first blowjob.

Setting aside the fact that, legally, this is quite clearly rape: you'd have to have an extremely immature adult meeting an extremely extremely extremely mature 14-year-old. And they would have to meet in a space where there is no power differential between the two.
Because of how very very small those odds are, I don't really really feel like I'm being unreasonable when I assert that it's rape. Because in 99.9999% of cases, it's totally rape.

Also by saying 99.999999% of cases it would be rape? Because then you're saying that there's a chance that it might not be rape, so you're actually agreeing with totussott.
