I should apologize to the TBP mods.
I think TRP is awful. I think it's gross and weird and creepy. And I expect TBP to be... "better"? Because they mock a group that I think is terrible.
So for them to take a heinous event like this and use it as a cudgel - a very blunt cudgel - against their ideological enemies was really frustrating and irritating and inappropriate to me.
That said, I shouldn't've wandered in like an angry child and whined about it. For that, I apologize.
I'm a bit pissed off at how much attention they're giving the incident. I can ignore the use of it as an ideological spearhead. But shit, we get it. The dude was sorta in line with TRP shit. Cool. The end.

There is not one manosphere. There are at least several, with disparate worldviews. PUAHate is intellectually compatible with Men's Rights, which also rejects pickup artistry and also looks down on TRP.
To put it another way, you're pointing at a synagogue, and a mosque, and a cathedral and yelling "ABRAHAMITES!". While that might be... true... it's sort of an over generalization.
Realistically only the Men's Rights movement is dangerous, because they're the only ones trying to collectively change anything besides themselves.

Partially true... it's the common ground between pickup artistry and men going their own way. TRP has consensus that pickup artistry and self improvement works and is not immoral, although some men (mgtows) simply choose not to act on that knowledge.
