According to redpill theory everyone has a sexual market value. This value determines how much other people want to have sex with them.
Example: Brad Pitt has a very high SMV while your average post-pubescent my little pony fan has a very low SMV. Brad Pit is a 10, the brony is a 2 in the eyes of women.

A women who is an 8 when she is 22, will be a 6 when she is 32, and a 4 when she is 42. This is because men base sexual value off bueaty, which fades with age.
A 22 year old pimple-ridden nerd may be a 4 now, but he has the potential to be an 8 at 32. This is because women base sexual value off fame, power, wealth, status, looks and attitude.
This is not scientific, just a lot of anecdotes and ideas coming together, like a philosophy you're free to reject it or accept it.

This graph was made a lonely, jaded guy in his mid 20's who is angry at his lack of success in the dating world and is attempting to console himself and convince himself that the minute he turns 35 he'll become unbelievably attractive and a bunch of hot 23 year olds will start fighting to give him blow jobs.
He feels like he's missing out now, and is resentful that the girls in his age group are currently ignoring him now (because of his toxic personality). He thinks when he hits his "peak SMV" he will choose girls from the age group that is ignoring him now, mid 20's.
Because of his cynical and stilted view of human relationships, he cannot see women as complex people. He's unable to see anything other than appearances, and thus thinks that when a woman's looks fade, her entire worth does as well.
He doesn't think this way for men, however, as he is not likely to be mistaken for Michaelangelo's David. Because of that, he really wants to believe that the primary determination of a man's value is related to personality and social status, and he's convinced himself that he'll be rich and famous.

People's sexual value at any age is determined by the individual preferences of their judges, considering we are a very complex species and attraction draws upon hundreds of factors that create a ridiculously high variety of preferences, the latter actually having been proven with peer-review research.
How about also the fact that your SMV is higher to those of a similar age to you, since we see a general trend with most people sleeping with similarly aged people and most people entering into relationships with similarly aged people.
Or how about that most people consider the sexual and physical peaks of men and women to be pretty close together, and quite different from what the infographic implies. How about that the infograph is the ramblings of a guy in his mid-life crisis and desperately seeking validation, that the infographic is a display of his coping mechanism where he assures himself that he is totally better off now than in his teens, or 20's.
Alls it says is a women's peak is 34 which is complete bullshit. How old are the women in fashion shows, lingerie advertisements, in pop music? There aren't too many strip clubs with 34 year olds on the poles because men want to see young, fit 22 year olds get naked.
We actually have a pretty good way to test the monetary vakue of a women's SMV. Men wont oay as much to see a 34 year old naked, comoared to a 22 year old.

It's a reputable poll, as in, the aggregation of multiple opinions. The UK office of national statistics also ran a large poll finding that most men consider a woman at 28 as most attractive, and women consider men most attractive at 32, which is fairly similar to this poll and also counter to the infographic.
Lingerie ads and music? You do realize there are women in their late 20s and 30s in both?
The presence of youth in those fields can also be attributed to target audience.

The first point is most relevant. Men look for indicators of youth in women (long healthy hair, smooth skin, perky breats) because men are attracted to younger women..

I can note several blatantly false assertions right off the bat, reading the blog entry you linked. Like the low WHR being universal. That is a blatantly false assertion that, while held to be true in the 90's, was disproven sometime in 2005. Not only is WHR not correlated at all with hormone levels (aside from pre vs post pubescent hip shape), but we also know of several cultures that not only disregard WHR but favor the opposite, thus debunking it as a "biological drive". WHR is a favorable trait that is culturally influenced by SOCIAL perceptions of femininity. Just as are most of the other things listed, because while he made correct observations that certain things are favored in Western culture, his explanations for it are entirely speculative, and, for lack of better words, pulled out of his ass. He randomly attributes them to biology, when they can be better explained by social or psychological factors (Occam's Razor).
That is the problem with the pop evo psych pseudoscience sphere and you Red Pill types. None of you have actually sat through a single course dedicated to evolutionary psychology. You have absolutely no understanding regarding how to differentiate between evolutionary drives (and what goes into proving if something IS a biological drive), and social and psychological factors, often overzealously attributing the latter two to the former without any merit. Evolutionary drives are neither that powerful nor that specific. There is no drive that makes you favor a specific hair color; that doesn't even make sense biologically speaking, as a species who is driven to eliminate genetic variation leaves itself vulnerable to extinction.
And even that wouldn't be that big of a problem if you would at least acknowledge the fundamental evolutionary psych belief - that our frontal cortex is an EVOLVED ADAPTATION that serves to IMPROVE UPON the midbrain and "biological drives," because biological drives are actually NOT that reliable for the survival of genes. They are rough estimates. The frontal cortex is much better at figuring out what is beneficial for survival, and thus, is our special adaption as opposed to brawn. It has the power to mediate evolutionary drives, or completely over power them.
But back to your source. There is not much info on the guy who wrote that blog post, but his coauthor, Satoshi Kanazawa, is a NOTORIOUS quack in the evo psych sphere, who has repeatedly been rejected by peer-reviewed journals because of shitty science methods, falsifying data and unfounded claims. His work (much of which is repeated in the blog you just linked) was widely criticized and dismissed for lack of supporting evidence.
And that is the kind of "evidence" you base your entire world view on?
FFS, take a single evolutionary psych class and a single research methods class, and then try to argue what you're currently arguing.
