Aren't the comments part of the appeal of that sub? I doubt those people would be posting pictures there if nobody ever commented on them. That sub serves both sides well: the people who submit their pictures get to feel good that people are fapping to them, and the fappers get to knock their junk around to pictures of chicks and occassional dudes. It's a win win for everyone.

/r/creepypms is actually one of the best motivators for people to continue sending creepy pms.
Also, it does reflect some creepy pms reactions.
