Fat isn't subjective. It's about a properly defined range of body composition, and I can see that this woman is significantly above the healthy range of body fat percentage.

I'm pretty sure she is in the normal BMI range. Look at her arms and legs, they aren't fat. IMO it looks like she is fatter than she is because the thread is cutting into her. I think people are a bit off at assessing what is a normal weight.

E.g. someone like Natalie Portman has a BMI of ~19 (5'4, 110 pounds). She could weight 35 pounds more and still be in the normal BMI range.
