Why aren't any of the other mods from /r/Gaming involved in that sticky post? The OP there is a brand new mod, one that was brought on following the very recent drama from /r/Gaming. It's like they brought on this new mod to handle any and all flak their subreddit gets, instead of hiring on new mods to improve the subreddit.

The timing of his being added is coincidental. He is not our fall guy.

If he's not your fall guy, then help him out. You've obviously seen more about this stuff than myself, and yet I'm sticking up more for /u/allthefoxes then the whole /r/gaming mod team.

And I'm not sticking up for him that much...

What would you have us do? Engage the mob? There is literally no way to win. It's just pissing into the wind.

What would I have you do?

If one of your mods, a new one, makes a public post saying "we are making changes and trying to improve this subreddit," then chime in! Say "Yes, yes we are trying to improve."

If you don't respond, this will not be the first time a /r/gaming mod has responded to my own criticism with a short unhelpful comment and then fled.

And this is why, you douchenozzle. Two aggressive comments in eight minutes. I can't even take a fucking dump without dogpiling, and you're a fucking default mod who should know better. Get bent.

I really don't see my comments as aggressive. I am making criticisms, yes, but I am being sincere when I say that I want to help /r/gaming and would like to see its situation improve. I'm sorry about the above comment about you not replying, it was harsh. But a number of the other mods have been flaky and run away from criticism.

I didn't call you a douchenozzle...

/r/books mod vs /r/gaming mod

^(I know who I'm rooting for.)

I really didn't mean that above comment as a personal attack, as he took it. I just wanted to make it known that I wasn't expecting a response, after having so many discussions with the /r/gaming guys fall flat.
