Exactly. Obviously a lot of people who spend time on a site like reddit aren't the type to be fashion conscious, so I'm not surprised with the amount of people saying it's normal.

I have a rather fashion conscious group of friends and I remember when we had a 'sneans party' for purely taking the piss out of how bad it looks.

I'm sure that made you feel really good about yourself. Please do keep having an unwarranted sense of superiority over something as arbitrary and temporary as "good" fashion.

What's so bad about dressing well? You sound like a butthurt social outcast.

>What's so bad about dressing well?

You see that's the thing: "well" is subjective. Dressing well for you may not be someone else's dressing well. Everyone should be able to wear the clothes that they like and that make them feel comfortable, and they should be able to do so without receiving your judgement because you feel that they aren't "trendy" enough. Sneakers and jeans is an example of a comfortable, casual outfit, and there's nothing wrong with it. You have absolutely no right to deride someone because of their clothes. Period.

Maybe, but how does it feel to know that these "friends" that you have would shun you the second that you wear something that they don't like?

Well they wouldn't, because there's a few of us that dress 'poorly' and they're still our mates. You act like everyone that dresses well is a dickhead. Have you had some bad experiences or something?

No, everyone that makes other people feel inferior because of their clothing is a dickhead. I'm trying to show you that everyone has their own standard of good clothing and that it's not your place to judge them. Wear your clothes and like them but please don't make fun of others for not adhering to your standard.
