When did Reddit turn into such a racist place? I thought this subreddit was just getting targeted, but nope.
This weekend has been really insane with racism.
That Nelson Mandela thread was just fucked up. People lining up to shit on one of the greatest men of the 20th century.
Not that there hasn't always been a racist undercurrent around this site, I've just noticed this weekend it's been really bad. Ever since the Trayvon Martin verdict it's been getting worse.
What so its racist to criticise Nelson Mandela now? Fuck that asshole. Just because the thing you oppose is wrong doesn't make you right.
The best you can say about Mandela is that he can't be personally linked to any murders as far as we know. This puts him ahead of a Mugabe, or indeed a Mrs Mandela.
If that's the "best" you can say about him, you're probably a racist. I would think reddit would fucking love Mandela considering he spent decades in jail for his political beliefs.
I know you're too young to remember or know what apartheid is, but believe me it's a much bigger deal than Al Sharpton calling people cracker.
No, he spent decades in prison for sabotage and burning crops. Just because your cause is right doesn't justify the methods.
People overlook Mandela's crimes.
Yeah, how dare those uppity niggers destroy those innocent plantation owners crops. After we gave them such nice ghettos to live in! Lynch the lot of them, amirite?
Now tell me how it's not racist that he spent THIRTY FUCKING YEARS in jail for it. Go on. Actually, don't. Go back to some racist cesspool and spew your hateful shit there instead of here.
I forgot about the Church Street Bombing. Nineteen dead, 217 injured. Carried out by his organisation but they couldn't get a conviction, however he later admitted to having signed off on it.
Mandela is fucking scum, the more I read about him. It's disgusting the way people lionise him. Whether you're the ANC or the KKK.
First of all, could you give me your honest opinion on MLK jr? I've got an idea about you and I want to see if you can confirm it.

Yeah, you wouldn't happen to have got a source for this? His own words, so either from his books or in a video will do. I will also accept the words of Desmond Tutu, or a rapport of the Truth and Reconciliation commission. Also, if you could explain how he signed off on the attack while being in prison with his correspondence being controlled by the Apartheid government that would be great.
Lol the racist scum of reddit calling one of the greatest men of the last 100 years scum
hahahahahahahhaa
oh god my sides
hahahahaha
Again, go read the wikipedia article on Apartheid because you clearly have no fucking clue what you are talking about.
How does apartheid have anything to do with it? The rightness of the cause doesn't excuse the wrongness of the acts.
Every terrorist thinks his own cause is right and justifies the ends. Fuck them all.
This is just adorable. What we have here is a white boy who have never experienced any sort of oppression or racism in his life passing judgement on those whose lives had been turned into hell by apartheid.
Get the fuck out. He spent decades in jail for opposing the wholesale slaughter, genocide, and oppression of native Africans in Apartheid South Africa.
I sure as fuck hope you were homeschooled, because otherwise that comment is a fine example of the failure of whatever terrible educational institution shat you out.
I wonder how you feel about the Palestinians and the apartheid state of Israel?
