They don't? I know we sure did when I was 13 and I doubt anything has changed. Girls mature faster than boys so she's probably been wanting it since she was 10 or 11. That's the way the world works, little girls get horny, too.
I'm far from an MRA, but 13 is old enough to know what you're doing. This is just another little slut using her age to get herself out of "trouble".
