There are a few conspiracy theories that I simply cannot fathom. Chemtrails. Holocaust denial. 9/11 Truthers. And Sandy Hook. The guy shot 20 students and 6 staff members and his mom--not an easy thing to just whip up out of thin air. I've read that conspiracy rumors started early when news coverage was inconsistent/inaccurate, but that's how news always is when tragedy strikes. Remember on 9/11/01 when there were reports that the White House had been attacked?

Of all of the theories you decide to call unfathomable, you pick the one with the most evidence that directly contradicts what is widely believed to have happened. It seems like you have more of a problem with people questioning the official story than you have with the actual theories. That or you simply haven't done any research.
Wait, are to you talking about the theory that it was an inside detonation job (that was what I was referring to)? If so, I've seen all the counter "evidence" and it doesn't hold up under scientific scrutiny.
There are many theories for what happened for each aspect of what happened that day. Detonation proper seems to be one of the ones that's more of a stretch. I have heard some things that do support the theory of the use of explosives though, but overall, there's not really a whole lot to support that they used planted bombs.
Well, that was what I was referring to, the theory that it was a planned detonation, and believe me, I've read a lot about it--I've come to the conclusion that it is hooey. I never take the media's coverage completely at face value because I'm a skeptic, but it's hard to argue with physics.
You should look at some of the other "theories" out there.
Debunked evidence doesn't count as evidence. Nor does faith.
Hell, even chemtrails block the sun...a little bit. Truthers pool their ignorance of structural engineering and emerge with absolute certainty.
