I think it's funny to see the original facepalm turn into an even bigger facepalm thanks to the failings of /u/YouAreANastyCracka.

On the issue of her suing, yes she can. Under DMCA rules sites that allow for the sharing of content that violates copyright/Intellectual Property rules can be held liable.
She should send a DMCA takedown notice. Messaging the admins wouldn't hurt, either.
The dude posted her profile and she's apparently been on reddit for 5 months, all her posts are just her asking people to remove pictures that have been rehosted. Very persistent about that but none have actually been removed. I guess she doesn't take it very far outside of just asking for the pictures to be removed and arguing with people.

Thats what I told them! I looked into it. I dont know everything about it but I was starting to think that because its reeddit that she cant do anything. Thanks for this man. Maybe I can message this girl and tell her this?

I like how you leave out the fact the girl in question willingly posts her nudes to her publicly open tumblr and encourages reblogging and putting it up on other sites (unless the other site claims they are not from her)... just not Reddit because people can claim to be her.
I dont leave this out. I address this many many many times repeating it over and over. She willingly posts them to tumblr she does not consent to them being on reddit. Thats the point of everything. Its boils down to this. In my opinion the pictures should be removed because they are of her and she doesnt want they on here. And the people who argues give all kinds of reasons why they should stay. Thats what the drama is about.
It's hard to enjoy the drama over something this terrible. Damn.
If anyone knows this girls account (I dont) please message her and explain to her how to get it taken down. I dont know if anyone on here knows what post it was but I say this just incase. She most likely doesnt know how to have something removed.
