I'm glad we live in a world where people can still state the truth, even if the truth is racist
If you fascists had your way these people would be silenced
If by silenced you mean openly mocked, then sure.

I am too, because it means I get to call you an asshole. Asshole.
Well the thing is, is that the perception of black people not tipping is in all likelihood a self fulfilling cognitive distortion.
thinks black people don't tip due to anecdotal evidence most likely originating from confirmation bias -> unconsiously treats black tables differently due to this factoid -> black table doesn't leave good tip because the server treated them as if they weren't going to tip -> hypothesis confirmed in the head of server, now perpetuates anecdotes.
This is why racism is a bad thing. Not only are the dyed in the wool racists going to treat people badly, but a feedback loop is often going to form which perpetuates the racist stereotypes even among people who aren't racist. It's a good demonstration of why you shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet.
Re-read what you wrote and ask yourself if you really believe that contrived, conspiratory logic. So weird.
People come up with stereotypes based on their life experiences - simple as that.
Aren't you just using another stereotype? That servers don't treat black customers well? Are you really arguing that? After you just finish saying how bad stereotypes are?
Unless you have an actual study that shows how much black people tip compared to other races, you're just rationalizing your anti-racist bias
It often comes down to a chicken and the egg issue, but, yes, there are studies that analyze trends in tipping as it relates to race.
Here's NPR's article on the study.
Wow, you have absolutely no idea how burden of proof works.
It's because those 'facts' try to construe the causes as the 'race' while completely ignoring all other factors.
What, you expect people to constantly qualify "Black people don't tip well" with "But this is not innately due to race, but is most likely due to socioeconomic factors"? That's practical
Not making a slew of racist jokes to go with it would probably be good as well, if we're being honest.
It'd definitely be more practical to not be racist.
You can't blame it on culture, though, as that gets trashed as well (because all cultures are equally worthy of respect! yay!). So it's not race. Not culture. And it's not true because I have a friend who's black and he always tips. So it's a myth. Next!
