I... what? I have no idea what the context is here, but was that really an appropriate response to "Can you please respect the fact this was taken down in another sub by taking it down here too?" is "YOU HAVE NO POWER HERE I AM THE GOD OF THIS SUB"
Yeah like the non-mod (who is mod of a subreddit for the same topic with literally 100 times the subscribers) asks politely that they respect (what i ASSUME are) the artists* wishes and the mod of the tiny ass side sub says HAHA NO FUCK YOU

Thanks! Oh hey you're the guy. Care to comment on why this guy was banned from your sub and/or on his allegations of your corruptness?
Look, it's a little controversial, but he moderated r/TheFappening, and a couple of the rebirth subs (including one he created). I thought about it to myself for a bit, and settled on banning him because the way he supported his past actions was a little disturbing. This was important because I don't usually ban, unless (btw, readers of /r/monstercat, this isn't a concrete rule or anything):
a) Someone needs a timeout to think
b) They are seriously beyond all hope (very rare)
The mod team had issues with him in the past, which were somewhat similar, so I decided that b) really applied to this and banned him.
I probably screwed up a little when I made a sticky post announcing the ban, because it came off to parts of the community more as a bold proclamation of victory in an immature spat, rather than a warning that I wouldn't tolerate what he did.
The issue with the corruptness is slightly deeper into this, because our subreddit mostly hires moderators from the community. There's this group who all three of our community mods are from, who mainly congregate on Twitter, and we're all good friends with each other.
I'm not going to feed you one side or the other on this, but the main contention which comes from /u/milanbourbeck's group of friends is that we pick on them, and ban our own friends less.
Obviously, I'd like to put it down to them just breaking more rules, but I suspect it probably has more to do with the psychological background to my two banning guidelines - I'm less likely to think someone's beyond all hope if I'm good friends with them.
So it's led to a little bit of hate and a little more support on each side for me, but that's what you get when you moderate a community whose primary demographic is 13-16 (as our community mods are also). You have a much larger drama/subscribers ratio than almost any other subreddit I've seen.

Just fyi. He is seen as a troll on /r/Monstercat and tries to make drama where he goes. You can check his history or the thread and you will pretty much get confirmation. I wanted to let you know since its clearly on the sidebar:

Also i dont care. /r/monstercatnews is long dead and not used anymore. There is nothing to moderate. I told him to fuck off. And i am more than allowed to do so after the shit he pulled.

Okay, so what? He had some bad things in the past, but he didn't actually leak the photos. He only moderated the subreddit for any trolls and such, much like you failed to do and banned him for personal purposes. It was a very selfish and childish decision to do so.
And another thing: why can't he tell you what he can and cannot take down? You do not moderate /r/monstercatnews so I can see that it would be Milan's decision on whether or not to take it down.

But then again, you acted foolishly yourself to ban him, so as I see it, his childishness is justified.
There is a lot of background. I just got my revenge. That's all. He is an asshole as a moderator, removes all the stuff from our community and let's others bypass. He banned me for an absurd reason (I'm okay with the ban btw) but I will not let this sit on me. If he thinks he can do stuff like that and come to my sub (which was inactive) then he gets shat on. Pretty simple.

Might wanna add that it is moderated by a moderator that seems to be the same age by his looks and how he moderates. Im happy im banned there. No reason to ever go back again. What a shithole it has become wow.
