I think it's a very good sign that society doesn't think it's okay to wear such an offensive shirt, and the scientist realizes what a profound mistake he made. That he cried is an even better sign for sexual equality.
I feel kinda bad for the guy. Regardless of how shitty a shirt I wore was I probably wouldn't wouldn't expect it to be a national controversy
