I mean, I assume slapfights like this break out in this sub weekly:
-Somebody tells a story about humiliating a woman for sex.
-Everybody either thinks it was too humiliating or not humiliating enough.
-Somebody gets called a feminist (which, of course, is like the n-word and the c-word had a baby, and it was raised by all the bad words for Jews).
-Everybody ultimately agrees that while OP's strategy was wrong, OP's intended target is a cold-hearted friendzoning bitch. High fives all around.
Generally I wouldn't disagree with you, but this isn't really appropriate for a post where you're only 25% right.

Your focus on "the most upvoted posts" is misplaced. You especially can't say that a post sitting at -2 (after 15 HOURS!) is a particularly unpopular position. In fact, that kind of score shows a pretty even split between up and downvotes. And that's not even accounting for popcorn spillage from SRD.

Well, the first item on my list was covered by OP. I'm not sure why you think I meant that would come from the comments. I was suggesting a series of events that takes place repeatedly on that sub; those events tend to start with OP.

Okay, so all I'm saying is that you're wrong and your preconceived notions that everyone who posts there is "the worst" is maybe just making your judgement of these posts a bit more harsh than if it were the exact same thing in /r/askreddit
Honestly there's quite a few posts that are completely free of redpill nonsense that are highly voted and I thought that should be celebrated rather than the ones that are (in my opinion as well) "the worst" which are there but below 0 for the most part.
But then again, I try to look for the best of people/posts and I guess I'm just looking past the fact that they "made a post on /asktrp" and don't think that should label them right away.

That being said, that behavior is kind of a big waste of time/energy.
I'm not sure what the point of even reading through the comments is when you have enough assumptions to make a generic rant. Admit that you assumed wrong and move on.

Honestly, I agree with you on most of your points in general, I just think that your automatic presumptions (especially about a person called /u/redbluepilling ) is pretty unfair. Not everyone who is in a subreddit is there to agree, and not everyone who posts thoughts against what would be considered the circlejerk are downvoted.
Oh. Well if there are really people who go to TRP-related subs just to troll them and disagree with TRP principles...that's silly. I exempt those folks from my blanket disdain, but I have to give them a warning for being generally silly.
Wait, what about people in subs (not even necessarily TRP) who's there to get a different viewpoint from their usual subs and actual discussion, kind of like a personal CMV? Is talking to people with different views not a thing anymore?
